Sunday I got a craving for lasagna. The upside of this was that I had a Marie Callender's meat lasagna in the freezer, so I was covered. After the 2.5 hrs of cooking and cooling (from a frozen state), this is what I was greeted with:
And I fixed some biscuits to go with it, per the roommate's request:
As far as premade lasagnas go, it was really good. Not as gut bustingly filling as the Stouffer's, nor as sweet, but very good. I like them both equally, but for different tastes.
