I finally managed to get that salad for lunch:
It's whatever the salad mix they had at the cafeteria was, which looked like lettuce, carrots, red cabbage or lettuce. I added ham chunks, chicken chunks, bacon bits and a little bit of Italian dressing.
For dinner, I went with a flat iron steak (seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper and some all purpose seasoning) and a zucchini squash cut up and fried in the steak's juices along with some butter and soy sauce:
And here's how it looked after cooking (in which I got the squash a little too done on one side):
All in all, I did a pretty good job. The steak was nice and tender, and I got the squash pretty well cooked this time.
The veggies outnumber the meats, it passes :D
