Thursday!

For lunch today, I went with the Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and a roll from the cafeteria. The steak was a bit tougher than I feel Salisbury should be, it was more like a hamburger steak, IMO. Still, was tasty, esp with the gravy they make.

For dinner, my buddy Jesse and I got some pizza from Papa John's. He went with a pepperoni and chicken and an all the meats. Both were tasty.
